The hardest part about doing this challenge has been making sure I am someplace I can make any recipe at least once a day. As mentioned before in my previous posts, I have been on vacation this week. And let me tell you, I am loving every single minute! But it is difficult to make recipes when you are not at home as well as a lack of a full kitchen. I had to compromise a little bit because of this and actually make my recipe in the hotel's microwave.
Well as we have been in Michigan I cannot express to you how beautiful it is up here. It's as if we cannot get enough lake time during the day and night. As we were walking along Lake Michigan tonight I saw a lot of people eating snacks and desserts on the beach. Even though no one was making these it reminded me of a summer campfire with chocolate, graham crackers, and marshmallows to sweeten the evening. When do these ever get old?
Ingredients:
* Graham Crackers
* Marshmallows
* Chocolate Bars
Cooking Directions:
First, take one graham cracker and crack it in half. This will be the top and bottom to the sandwich.
Next, place one marshmallow onto one of the half graham cracker pieces.
Place two individual card of chocolate onto the marshmallow.
Put into microwave and cook on medium heat for 30 seconds, or until the marshmallow is nice and gooey.
Place the other graham cracker piece onto the chocolate and serve immediately.
